Pastors from Houston head off to Nigeria, W. Africa for the “Season of Miracle” Crusade

The crusade will feature among numerous guests, Men of God from Houston, namely; Rev. Charles Wayne Hamit – president of Mountain Mover International, USA; Pastor and the First Lady of Voice of Evangelism International, Rev. Dr. Emeka Agwu and Dr. Chizoba Agwu; the President of Global Mission, USA, Rev. Dr. David Kim; and Rev. Connie Caban of the Pentecostal Church of God, (PCDUSA).

Friday, October 28 through Sunday October 30, 2016, The Voice of Evangelism International in Houston, Texas (VOEI) in collaboration with the Christian Council of Nigeria (CAN) Imo State will host a three-day spiritual and worship revival in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, titled the Season of Miracle. The crusade will feature among numerous guests, Men of God from Houston, namely; Rev. Charles Wayne Hamit – president of Mountain Mover International, USA; Pastor and the First Lady of the Voice of Evangelism International, Rev. Dr. Emeka Agwu and Dr. Chizoba Agwu; the President of Global Mission, USA, Rev. Dr. David Kim; and Rev. Connie Caban of the Pentecostal Church of God, (PCDUSA).

Theme of the event slated at three different venues is Anointing for Liberty. On Friday, October the 28, (by 4 PM), a “Miracle Crusade will be held at the Imo International Miracle Center (IICC); Saturday, October 29, (by 10 AM), the conference will host a Holistic Training for leaders, pastors, and ministers at the Government House Chapel, Owerri; and on Sunday, October the 30, (by 7 AM), the crusade will end with the “Glorious Sunday Service” at the  Imo State Government House Chapel, Owerri. A visitation to other churches by the conference is also scheduled the same day by 11AM.

Men of God, representing co-hosts of the event namely; Bishop Stafford Nwogu (CAN Chairman of Imo State); Barrister Harold Opara (CAN Secretary of Imp State); and Apostle John Aforkwalam, the Nigerian Representative of VOEI will be present throughout the crusade.

Guest artists, Paul Nwokocha, and Prince Gozie Okeke of the 50 Hornsmen Seraphic Band will perform during designated events during the three-day revival.

The Christian Council of Nigeria (CCN) was founded in November 1929 through the effort of missionaries as a religious advocacy group, to address the new educational law instituted to separate religion from education at the time. The aim of the meeting reflected in the name ‘United Missionary Council for Education’ which was the first name adopted by this association. The Voice of Evangelism International Ministry was established in 2006 by Reverenced Dr. Emeka Agwu as a nondenominational worship center in Houston Texas, to provide a universal worship center to thousands of immigrant and indigenes in the city designated as the fourth largest in the United States.
